- 2-core configuration
- Enterprise Class and Business Class offer 8 or 16 GB of processor memory.
- 4-core configuration
- Enterprise Class and Business Class offer 32 GB of processor memory.
- 8-core configuration
- Enterprise Class and Business Class offer 64 or 128 GB of processor memory. DS8870 All Flash offers 256 GB of processor memory.
- 16-core configuration
- Enterprise Class and Business Class offer 256 or 512 GB of processor memory. DS8870 All Flash offers 512 or 1024 GB of processor memory.
The nonvolatile storage (NVS) scales with the selected processor
memory size, which can also help optimize performance. The NVS is
typically 1/32 of the installed memory.
Note: The minimum NVS is 1 GB.
