If you cannot sign in to the console from your web browser, take the actions described here.

Symptoms

You cannot sign in to the console from your web browser.

Resolving the problem

  • Verify that you are using the correct user ID and password.
  • If you see the message, “This user does not have the correct role”, notify your security administrator that your user ID needs access to one or more of the following security profiles in the EJBROLES class:
    • <HBRSSID_NAME>.res.resMonitors
    • <HBRSSID_NAME>.res.resDeployers
    • <HBRSSID_NAME>.res.resAdministrators
    • <HBRSSID_NAME>.res.resExecutors
    where HBRSSID_NAME represents a subsystem ID in the server group that is defined by the ++HBRSSIDLIST++ JCL variable.
