Disabling the connection to the Rule Execution Server console
If you do not want the ruleset to be updated while the batch job is running, or you do not want to collect and display ruleset statistics, disable the connection to the Rule Execution Server console. You can disable the connection before you run the batch job.
Procedure
Set
HBRCONSOLECOM=NO in ++HBRWORKDS++.SHBRPARM(HBRCMMN).
Note: If the console address space is being used to provide
the authorized function for the embedded batch address space, then
it must still be running, even if
HBRCONSOLECOM=NO
