An error occurred during the execution of Db2® Admin Tool.
    User response
Check the setup of Db2 Admin Tool. Check that the required CLIST
      was generated, and a plan was bound.
Also, check the customization instructions for enabling
          Db2 Admin Tool from Db2 Query Monitor. Check that a new CLIST was generated and
        that the Db2 Admin Tool plan name is
        specified on the Query Monitor Dialog Options panel (option 0 from the
        main menu).
