CQM260E Unable to create log

Explanation
 Query Monitor was unable to create a log. The
MEMLIMIT parameter has been specified with a value of less than 1M
and Query Monitor will not initialize under ISPF.

 Specify a value for the MEMLIMIT parameter of
1M or greater. For more information, see Setting MEMLIMIT.
