  Explanation
   Query Monitor will no longer monitor SQL activity for the thread identified by thread-token on
    Db2 subsystem (db2-ssid) because it previously detected a high CPU condition
    within the thread in Query Monitor. This message is issued in conjunction with CQM2058E
    message.
