    Explanation
      The monitoring agent has been detected to be consuming CPU for a time period greater than
        specified in the HM_TIME_LIMIT parameter in CQMPARMS.

      The thread ID is the Db2 thread token for the thread consuming the CPU, the ssid is the Db2
        subsystem running the thread, and plan is the plan name the thread was executing.

    

    User response
      Review the CQMPARMS parameters, HM_DUMPS and HM_TIME_LIMIT (these parameters set the
        thresholds for in-collector health monitoring).

      In environments with high CPU contention, the HM_TIME_LIMIT parameter value might need to
        be increased to avoid false positives. An SVCDUMP will be taken if the HM_DUMPS limit has
        not been met.
