Explanation
 INTERVAL_MIDNIGHT(z) is the INTERVAL_MIDNIGHT
value from the CQMPARMS file.  INTERVAL_MIDNIGHT(x) is the QM_GROUP
INTERVAL_MIDNIGHT value.

 No action is required.  However, if you would like to
prevent this message from being issued in the future, you can change
the INTERVAL_MIDNIGHT value in the CQMPARMS dataset for this CQM started
task to match the INTERVAL_MIDNIGHT value in the message.
