Calculating space required for EXCPINDX

Each record in the EXCPINDX backstore is fixed and length and is 1472 bytes long. Follow the steps in the METRDATA calculation, but use the EXCPINDX record length and replace the number of unique SQL calls with the total number of exceptions to be captured within one interval.
