Tasks

Tasks are the means by which you can give your users access to your business logic. The tasks that you declare to the execution service can then be launched from the UI in a variety of ways, such as the Run New Job menu item or the New Job Button widget. Some tasks are shipped with the Platform:

• one to import an Excel file as described in Importing Data From Excel,

• two to export a scenario, respectively to Excel and DBRF format, and

• two simple examples of data checking and engine tasks.
