Integrations

The Integrations page shows details about the tools that you connect with Databand.

On the Integrations page, you can view your connected integrations and customize the Integrations table to best suit your needs.

Integrations table

The Integrations table provides the following information:

Toggle
Deactivate an active integration without deleting it. You can also use the toggle to reactivate an integration that was previously deactivated.
Integration name
The name that you chose to identify this integration throughout the Databand UI.
Status
At a glance information about whether the integration is working as expected. See the following section for more information about integration statuses.
Activity time
The last time that an integration was synced. The activity time is displayed only if the integration is Running or ran successfully in the past.
Details

Actions
This column contains two action buttons. The Edit button, which appears when you hover over the integration name, opens the integration editor panel. The More options icon More options opens a drop-down menu that varies based on the integration type, but always contains Edit and Delete options. For more information about the options in the Actions column, see Managing integrations.

Integration statuses

In Databand, the possible integration statuses are:

Running
The integration is connected to the integration tool and is pulling metadata.
Failed
The integration is connected to the integration tool but is not pulling metadata.
Error
An error occurred while the Databand system tried to connect to the integration tool. Click the Error icon next to the integration name to learn more about the error.
Pending
The integration is connecting and waiting to pull metadata for the first time.

Customizing the Integrations table

To customize the table, click the Settings icon Settings, which opens the Customize table panel. In the panel, you can rearrange the columns by clicking the Draggable icon Draggable and dragging the column where you want it. Or, you can move a column to the beginning or end of the list by clicking the More options icon More options > Push to top or Push to bottom. You can also toggle individual items to show or hide them from the table.

When you are satisfied with the arrangement of the table columns, click Save. Before you save, if you want to revert all your changes and return the table to its original configuration, click Reset.
