Viewing permissions

Users with the Owner role can grant viewing permissions to other users. Such permissions override the permissions that are granted to the users in the All assets group.

To assign viewing permissions:

1. Go to Settings > Organization > Viewing permissions.
2. Click one of the following options:

   Show to all users

   All Databand users can view any asset in the Databand environment regardless of the RBAC group (or groups) they are in.

   Show to owners only

   Databand users can view only the assets for the groups they’re in, but users with the Owner role can view anything.

   Hide from all users

   All users (including owners) must be placed in an RBAC group to see pipeline assets.
