Changing viewpoints in the Modeling perspective
You can change the set of capabilities that you want to
use by selecting a different viewpoint in the Modeling perspective.
When you change the viewpoint, the available tools, including pop-up
menu items and Palette items, are updated. You can also update the
list of viewpoints that are available to use in the Modeling perspective.
Before you begin
Procedure
- On the toolbar, click the drop-down arrow beside the viewpoint
button (
) and select a viewpoint from the list. - Optional: To change the available viewpoints that you can use in the Modeling perspective, click the viewpoint button and, in the Preferences window, enable or disable the corresponding check boxes.
