RAS import API example

The com.ibm.ras.example.impord package provides an example of how to automate RAS imports.

com.ibm.ras.example.impord package

The com.ibm.ras.example.impord package contains the ImportAsset pluglet that can be used to perform a RAS import:

ImportAsset Provides an example of how to perform a RAS import. A number of artifacts are imported into the workspace. The pluglet in the example demonstrates the following operations:
  • Acquiring the import data model factory
  • Configuring the import data model
  • Validating the import data model
  • Acquiring the import service
  • Performing the import
When run successfully, a folder containing several files is created in the workspace in the \Import\ImportedAssets folder.
