Supported WSDL bindings

The UML-to-WSDL transformation supports multiple WSDL bindings.

Supported bindings

The UML-to-WSDL transformation supports the following WSDL bindings:

  • SOAP DOCUMENT LITERAL
  • SOAP RPC LITERAL
  • SOAP RPC ENCODED
  • HTTP GET
  • HTTP POST

The transformation also supports the WRAPPED DOCUMENT LITERAL binding, which is compliant with the Web Services-Interoperability Organization (WS-I).

Transport options for SOAP bindings

The UML-to-WSDL transformation supports the following messaging standards:
  • HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol)
  • JMS (Java Message Service)
