Comparing versions of a model outside a configuration management system

If you compare three models, one model must be the base model (a common ancestor). The base model must appear higher in the Project Explorer view than the other two versions of the model.

For topology logical models, you must always select *.topology (core model) files. If you select *.topologyv files, then a compare and merge session will not start.
