Setting themes and appearances for sketches

You can specify a theme for an entire sketch and set the appearance for individual elements in a sketch.

About this task

Setting the theme for a sketch overrides any changes that you made to the appearance of individual elements in the sketch.

Procedure

  1. Set the theme for the sketch to specify the default appearance for elements on the sketch:
    1. Click a blank space on the sketch.
    2. Open the Properties view to the Appearance tab.
    3. Select a theme in the Applied theme list.
  2. Optional: Set the appearance of individual elements in the sketch:
    1. Select one or more sketch elements.
    2. Open the Properties view to the Appearance tab.
    3. In the Select an existing appearance list, select one of the predefined appearances for the elements.
    4. On the Appearance tab of the Properties view, specify manual settings for the elements in the Fonts, Fill, and Border sections.
  3. Optional: Specify the background image for the sketch by right-clicking the sketch and then clicking Set Background.
