Creating participants in a BPMN diagram

A pool in a BPMN model represents a participant, which can be a business entity or role. A pool can have many lanes, which represent an internal entity or role.

Before you begin

You must have a BPMN Collaboration model open.

Procedure

  1. In the Palette, click Pool and click in the diagram editor.
  2. In the window, click either Create Process or Select Existing Element.
