Adding timing constraints to timing diagrams

Timing constraints are like a variable that can provide a range of time for an element to occur. A time observation provides a specific time at which an element occurs.

Procedure

  1. In the Palette, click Time Constraint or Time Observation.
  2. In the diagram editor, click the location to insert the time constraint or observation.
  3. Type a value for the time observation. For the time constraint element, type a range of time beginning with a minimum time followed by a maximum time.
