Node card states

The state indicates the current operating status of the card.

State	Description/user action
`inServiceMode`	The accessor that is associated with the node card is in service. To end this state, initiate `completeAccessorService` task on the accessor on which the node card is located. No move request is accepted while the node card is in service. To end this state, initiate task `completeLCCService` on the LCC node card.
`unreachable`	The node card is not answering network ping by the library through Ethernet or CAN.
`noEthernet`	The node card is not communicating with the reporting LCC card on the internal LCC-to-LCC Ethernet network. Try to reset the node card. Try to reset the node card. If the issue persists, service needs to check cables.
`noCAN`	The node card is not communicating with the reporting LCC on CAN. Try to reset the node card. If the issue persists, service will need to check cables. Try to reset the node card. If the issue persists, service needs to check cables.
`online`	The node card is in a running state.
`restarting`	Node card library-controlled restart in progress due to firmware update or manual restart.
`unknown`	The state that is recorded by firmware for this resource is unknown. Reset the associated LCC node card and contact IBM for support if issue persists.
