Various possible causes related to the SSL truststore

Resolving the problem

  1. Verify that the file path to the SSL truststore and the permissions to access the truststore are correct.
  2. Make sure that the truststore password is correct.
  3. Ensure transport layer security (TLS) compatibility. Data Gate for Confluent encryption requires support for TLS version 1.2.
  4. Make sure that the Db2® for z/OS® server certificate is in the truststore.
