Working with Kafka messages

You can configure Kafka messages for the publish and subscribe actions in IBM® DevOps Test Integrations and APIs (Test Integrations and APIs) tests.

Publishing messages
Apache Kafka messages are published to Topics on the Apache Kafka server by using the publish action in IBM DevOps Test Integrations and APIs (Test Integrations and APIs) tests.
Subscribing to messages
You can retrieve messages from a Kafka transport broker by using the subscribe action in IBM DevOps Test Integrations and APIs (Test Integrations and APIs) tests. You must select the transport and formatter to subscribe to the Kafka messages.
