      While opening the application configuration tool, the configuration details could not be
        found.
    
    
      The configuration tool is not displayed.
    
    
      
        
          Verify that the Test UI
            configuration file is present inC:\ProgramData\IBM\DTUI\configuration.
          Verify that the configuration directory is present in RFT_INSTALL_DIR
            . If the installation directory
            path is incorrect, correct it.
