Error getting role information from the customization file
This problem occurs when IBM® DevOps Test UI (Test UI) IDE
or the playback or recorder processes are started.
The system displays an exception.
Verify that the *.rftcust
file is present in C:\ProgramData\IBM\DTUI\customization, and verify that the
rolesMap section is present. Verify that the roleMap node is correct in XML data.
