Creating an extension

You can create an extension in the plug-ins manifest.

  1. Open the plug-ins manifest by double-clicking com.samples.functions.dateformat > META-INF > MANIFEST.MF.
    The file is opened in an editor with a number of tabs along the bottom.
  2. Select the Extensions tab and click Add.
  3. Select com.ghc.ghTester.functions in the New Extension dialog.
    Note:
    If the extension does not appear in the list, the dependency to IBM® DevOps Test Integrations and APIs (Test Integrations and APIs) Functions are not set up correctly.
  4. Click Finish.
    An extension and an element are added to the list of extensions.
