Viewing integration test logs

After you complete a compound test or schedule run, you can view the integration log files for output details, error messages, and any failure information related to the test or schedule.

You must have run a compound test or schedule.

  1. Open the Test Integrations and APIs project that contains the integration tests.
  2. Click the Results folder, and then select the test in the Test Navigator.
  3. Right-click the test, and then click the Display Test Log option.
    The Test Log pane is displayed.
  4. Click the Events tab in the Test Log pane.
    You can view the details of the activities for each event in the test.
  5. Click the RIT std.output > localhost.
  6. Click the Extended Properties > Attachments.
    View the RunTestOutput0 and RunTestError0 files available in the Attachment section.
  7. Select any of the following files, and then click Open.
    1. RunTestOutput0 file: Use this file to view the output or results of the integration test.
    2. RunTestError0 file: Use this file to view any issues or errors that occurred during the test run.
