You can edit the database connection, when you want to change the database details
that you added earlier or if you want to update the SSL certificate file.
Before you begin
You must have completed the following tasks:
Procedure

Log in to Test Hub.
The Projects page of the initial team space is
displayed.

Click to open the project that contains the test assets.
The Overview page of the project is
displayed.

Click .
The Database Connections page is
displayed.

Click the Edit icon
inline with the database that you want to edit.
The Edit connection dialog is
displayed.

Perform the following actions in the Details tab:

Edit the details of the connection.

Enter the password for the database in the
Password field.

Select the Restrict access using Classifications
checkbox if you want to restrict other members of the project from using
this database connection.
Later you can grant access to the required members by adding the
connection to a classification.
Note: The option, Restrict access
using Classifications is not select. This is the
default selection.

Perform the following steps to change or add the SSL certificate and encrypt
the data exchanged through the database.

Click the SSL tab.

Click the x icon to remove the existing Java
Keystore file.

Click Select File and browse to the location on
your computer where you have the Java Keystore File.

Select the file, and then click Open.
The selected file name is displayed.

Enter the password for the Java Keystore File in the
Password field.

Click Test to test the connection with the
database.
A message is displayed that confirms the connection with
database.

Click Save to save the database connection.
A message is displayed that confirms database connection is modified and the
edited database connection is displayed on the Database
Connections page.
Results
You have edited the database connection in your
project.
