Plug-in provide functions for integration with other software
products and tools. Plug-ins can be installed at any time. You do
not need to restart the server after you install a plug-in.
About this task
To view and download available plug-ins, see UrbanCode Release Plug-ins on the UrbanCode Developer site. On the site, you will find the
available plug-ins. The site contains the installation files and documentation
for the plug-ins. You can also create your own plug-ins to install.

You can
upgrade a plug-in by installing the new version over the old version.
Procedure
- From the UrbanCode Developer site, download the plug-in
installation file. This file is a compressed file.
- From the IBM UrbanCode Release user interface, click the navigation menu and then click .
- On the Plugins page, click Upload Plugin.
- Click Browse, navigate to the plug-in
installation file, and then click Save.
Results
After the upload to the server completes, the plug-in is listed
on the
Plugins page and ready to use.
