Specifying whether the actioner receives email notifications

You can control whether the user who creates or modifies a record (the Actioner) receives email notifications generated by the email rule.

When enabled, the Actioner will not receive notifications from the rule, even if the Actioner is:

The creator of the record
The owner of the record
A subscriber to the record

The Skip Actioner feature is configured on a per-rule basis by using the Skip Actioner checkbox. The feature is disabled by default.

Select the Skip Actioner checkbox to prevent the Actioner from receiveing email notifications generated by this rule, regardless of whether the Actioner is the creator, owner, or a subscriber of the record.

Note: The Skip Action feature is available in the EmailPlus package version 2.9 and later.
