Deleting states

Delete a state that no longer has any state transitions to or from other states.

To delete a state:

1. Start the Designer.
2. In the Workspace, expand the Record Types folder, select the record type you want, expand the States and Actions folder, and double-click State Transition Matrix.
3. Click the state that you want to delete and click Edit > Delete State.
