Configuration in DevOps Plan

To configure in DevOps Plan:
  1. Log in to DevOps Plan with administrative privileges.
  2. Click Configuration > Integrations.
  3. Click New Integration.
  4. In the Name field, enter the name.
  5. In the Provider drop-down field, select Aha. The Hook URL field appears.
  6. In the Credential Type drop-down field, select API Key.
  7. In the API Key field, enter the API key that you generated in Configuration in Aha!.
  8. In the Hook URL field, enter the Aha! base URL.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Click Create Mapping. The Create MappingConfig record opens in a new tab.
  11. In the Name field, enter a mapping name.
  12. In the Mapping tab, select Predefined or Custom in the Select Input Format field.
  13. In the Select Format drop-down field, select AHA and click Start Mapping.
  14. In the Field Mapping section, the AHA and DevOps Plan columns are displayed. Define the record mappings between Aha! and DevOps Plan. Based on these mappings, the items from Aha! are synced with DevOps Plan.

    Based on the selected input format, record types are listed in the Record drop-down field under the AHA column.

    Select the record type.    		 Select the record type that you want to map to the AHA record type.

    Click the down chevron icon next to the Record field.
    In the Workspace drop-down field, select the workspace that you have created in AHA.
    Note: This is the workspace you would have created when you created an account with the AHA integration. You can create a new workspace also in the AHA application before mapping the fields.
    		 Select the mandatory fields that appears based on the selected record type.

    Click Add Field Row to add more fields to record mapping.

    		 In the Field drop-down field, select the fields you want to map to.
  15. Set the direction how you want to synchronize the details.
    • Select Bi-Direction to synchronize the data across DevOps Plan and Aha!.
    • Select Plan to Aha - One Direction to synchronize the data changes made from DevOps Plan to Aha!.
    • Select Aha to Plan - One Direction to synchronize the data changes made from Aha! to DevOps Plan.
  16. Click Save to save the mapping details.
  17. Navigate back to the Integrations tab as in Step 9.
  18. In the Mapping Records section, click the Refresh icon.
  19. Click Select.
