Monitoring current activity

You can monitor current processes, agent activity, resource usage, builds, and schedules.

  1. On the left navigational panel, click Current Activity.
    The Activity tab displays information about currently running processes, and processes queued to start.
  2. If you want to filter the displayed information with a previously saved filter, select the filter from the Saved Filters area, then click Filter.
  3. If you want to create a new search filter, complete the following steps.
    1. Optional: Type a name for the filter in the Current Filter field.
    2. Optional: Select an option from the Group By list, then use the set in current filter icon to add the grouping to the search filter.
      The group by option is added to the current filter. The Context option refers to related builds. A related build might be a build triggered by a dependency with another build. The Project option displays results by project. The Stamp displays results by build life stamp.
    3. Optional: Select an option from the Filter By list.
    4. Optional: Type the search criteria in the field below the Filter By list, and use the set in current filter icon associated with the Filter By list to add the criteria to the filter.
      The criteria is added to the current filter.
    5. Click Filter.
      The results are displayed.
    6. Optional: To save the filter for future use, click Save.
      The saved filter is displayed in the Saved Filters area.
  4. Optional: To review current agent activity, click Agents.
    The Agents page displays activity for configured agents, and current directory locks. For information about agents, see Configuring agents.
  5. Optional: To review the status of lockable resources, click Lockable Resources.
    The Lockable Resources page displays information about lockable resources and the projects that are using them. For information about lockable resources, see Creating lockable resources.
  6. Optional: To review information about defined schedules, click Schedules.
    The Schedules page displays schedules and their next scheduled activities. For information about schedules, see Creating schedules.
