Viewing the execution history of the data retention policy

You can view the execution history of data retention policies from the Audit Logs page.

You must have the Global viewer role. For more information about the roles, see Roles and permissions.

1. On the Home page, click Settings > Audit Logs.
2. Filter or search for the policy that is executed as Data Retention category.
3. Review execution status and details.

The system displays the execution details as follows:

• Name: Name of the policy
• Category: Category as DATA_RETENTION
• Operation: Mode of the policy, Archive or Delete
• Resource: Resource type is Version
• Scope: Scope of the policy, Global, Team, or Application
• Records affected: Number of records affected by this data retention policy
• Status: Status of the policy as completed or failed
• Triggered by: Who executed the policy
• Completed at: Timestamp of the data retention policy execution
