Managing data retention policy

You can edit, delete, run, and view policies from the policy page.

You must have the product administrator role with at least one data retention policy.
  1. On the Home page, click the Settings icon.
  2. On the Settings page, select Policies > Data retention policy.
    A list of available data retention policies is displayed.
  3. Click the icon adjacent to your data retention policy to select any of the following options:

    Edit Update Name, Description, Retention days, Mode, Scope, or Resource, and click Save policy.
    Delete Click Confirm to delete the policy.
    Note: The deleted policy cannot be recovered.
    Execute Review the impacted policy records preview. Enter the policy name again to confirm execution and click Confirm. A product administrator can use this option to run the policy manually.
    View logs You can review the execution log and details of the data retention policy. Click Download log file to download the file.
