Creating a Loop with preloaded example data

When you want to explore DevOps Loop capabilities and learn how workflows operate across Plan, Control, Build, Deploy, and Test, you can use the Learning Loop option to preload sample data with pre-configured projects, repositories, build pipelines, deployments, and test assets.

  1. Log in to DevOps Loop.
  2. Click Create Loop.
  3. Enter the required loop details, such as the Loop Name and Description.
  4. Enable the Learning Loop option.

When you select the Learning Loop option, DevOps Loop automatically provisions a sample application and the associated resources and configurations across the Plan, Control, Build, Deploy, and Test capabilities.

The following resources and configurations are created:

    • Frontend and backend segments.
    • Source code repositories populated with sample application code.
    • Build configurations for frontend and backend services.
    • Deployment configurations for frontend and backend services.
    • A hosted frontend application.
    • A unique URL for the accessing the Learning Loop application.
  5. Navigate to Test and execute the test manually.
The test result is displayed in the Execution tab.

You have successfully created a Learning Loop with a sample application, pre-configured frontend and backend segments, and sample data across DevOps Loop capabilities.
