Stopping test runs within a suite

You can stop the tests that run within a suite when issues occur or if you decide to stop the run before completion.

You must have completed the following tasks:
  • Ensured that you are assigned a Team Space Owner, Project Owner, or Member with a Tester role to create or edit a test resource.
  • Initiated a test run from the Suite Editor page.

You can stop multiple running tests from the Suite Editor page if the test run is in In transition or Running state.

  1. Go to the Suite Editor page.
  2. Click the Stop playback icon image of stop test run.
    The status of the tests is displayed as Inconclusive on the Results tab and Stopped by User on the progress bar.
You have stopped test runs within a suite.

You can re-initiate the test runs from the Suite Editor page.
