Creating announcements

Announcements are messages that are displayed on the Build dashboard for all users.

Announcements can be created by an Build administrator. Users can hide any announcement by clicking the Hide link within the announcement.
  1. On the left navigational panel, click System > Announcements.
  2. Using the Announcements page, click New.
  3. Type or paste the body of the message in the Message area.
    The message can be up to 4,000 characters.
  4. Select a priority level from the Priorty list.
    Priority levels affect the color of the background color of the message: Low=Blue, Normal=Green, High=Red
  5. Click Save.
