Installing the Test Jenkins plugin

Before you can run the tests that are available in your Test project on the Jenkins server, you must install the Test Jenkins plugin on the Jenkins server.

You must have completed the following tasks:

Installed Jenkins on your computer. For more information about installing Jenkins, refer to the Jenkins documentation.
Downloaded the Test Jenkins plugin from the Test Plugins library.

Log in to the Jenkins server.
The Jenkins dashboard is displayed.
Click Manage Jenkins > Manage Plugins.
Click the Advanced tab.
Click Choose File from the Upload plugin section to locate and Open the Test Jenkins plugin.
Click Upload.

The Test Jenkins plugin is displayed in the Installed tab.

You have installed the Test Jenkins plugin on the Jenkins server.

You must import the CA certificate to your custom trust store to establish a trusted and secure connection between the Jenkins server and Test. See Using a custom trust store.
