Defining an initial sync date for plugins

For scheduled events plugins, you can specify an initial sync date.

For scheduled events plugins, you can specify an initial sync date by performing the following steps:

  1. On the Settings page, click Integrations.
  2. In the Integrations page, click Plugins tab.
  3. Locate the required plugin and then click Add integration.
  4. In the Add Integration window, click the Show hidden properties check box.
  5. Click Initial Sync Date field to specify the date to pull data for initial run.
  6. Fill the remaining required fields in the Add Integration window.
  7. Click Add.
    Note: If the plugin does not support the sync feature, the Initial Sync Date field is not displayed when you click the Show hidden properties check box in the Add Integration window.
