Restarting agent brokers

The JMS broker manages server-agent communication.

Restart brokers to resolve communication errors between agents and the server. Users with administrative permissions can restart agent brokers.
  1. On the left navigational panel, click Agent > Broker.
  2. Click Restart Broker.
    All existing connections between agents and the server are dropped when the broker restarts. Agents reconnect automatically after the broker starts.
