Managing untrusted agent certificates

If you are using mutual authentication, the server must have a certificate in its keyStore for each agent.

Agents that do not have certificates in the server's keystore are listed on the Agent Certificate Management page with a status of Untrusted. You can override this setting.
  1. On the left navigational panel, click Agent > Agent Certificate Management.
  2. Select the agents with untrusted certificates, then click Trust.
    Information about the agent is displayed.
  3. Click Done.
