Testing Vault certificate integration

You can test the Vault certificate integration before you use the Vault property in a plug-in step.

Before you begin

You must have added a certificate to the Deploy secret store. See Adding Vault certificate to the Deploy secret store.

Procedure

  1. On the Web UI, click Secret Stores > vaultname > Certificates.
  2. Click the menu options on the right-side of the desired certificate.
  3. Click Test.
    The Test Vault Certificate window is displayed.
  4. Enter the Vault property you want to test in the Property field.
  5. Click Test.

    A message is displayed which indicates whether the test is successful or failed.

Results

You have tested the Vault certificate integration.
