HLASM parser actions

When you work with HLASM files in the z Systems® LPEX Editor, several parser-specific actions are available from pop-up menus within the editor.

Filtering references
When using the Outline view for assembler files, or when editing assembler files in the editor, you can specify an item that you want to use to filter references in the z Systems LPEX Editor.
Creating a new template based on selected code
You can create new templates based on selected code to enable you to use custom code snippets.
Commenting and uncommenting assembler code in the z Systems LPEX Editor
When editing assembler files you can convert lines to comment lines or uncomment lines in the z Systems LPEX Editor.
Opening declarations of HLASM macros and variables in the z Systems LPEX Editor
You can use the Open Declaration action in the z Systems LPEX Editor to open the declaration of a selected HLASM macro or variable.
