Generating a JCL script for compiling, linking, and running

You can use the Generate JCL > For Compile Link Go action to generate a JCL script that you can submit to compile and link PDS members into a module. Then, you can run the module.

1. In the Remote Systems view or the z/OS Projects view, do one of these steps:
   • Right-click the C or C++ PDS member to compile, link, and run.
   • Right-click the PDS that contains the members to compile, link, and run.
2. Click Generate JCL > For Compile Link Go to generate a JCL script that you can use to compile and link the generated objects into a module. Then, run the module.
