Disabling unsupported actions

Certain SCMs, due to their limitations, might not support all the actions that are offered by CARMA.

About this task

When users attempt to perform one of these actions, an information message states that the action is unsupported on the RAM and the action is then disabled. For example, if you attempt to execute the Lock action on a PDS data member (since the Lock action is not supported by the PDS RAM) the Unsupported Operation dialog opens with the following error message: The attempted action is unsupported on resources of this type by PDS RAM. Would you like to disable this action in the future?

Clicking Yes in the dialog disables the Lock action for all repository instances that use the PDS RAM. The Lock action will still be displayed in CARMA menus for PDS RAM content, but it is disabled.
