You can use the Task Tags preference page to configure task tags recognized by the z Systems® LPEX Editor when editing C/C++ source.
About this task
To set the Tasks Tags preferences, complete the following steps:
Procedure

In the navigation pane of the Preferences window, double-click the
LPEX Editor node to open the tree of available preference pages.

Double-click the z Systems LPEX Editor node to open the tree of
available preference pages.

Double-click on the C/C++ Parser node to open the tree of available
preference pages, then click on Task Tags to open the Task Tags preference
page.

Click on the New button to define additional task tags. Specify the
priority of the tag in the New Task Tag dialog.

Click on the Edit button to modify existing task tags.

Click on the Remove button to remove existing task tags.

Click on the Default button to set the task tag used when inserting
templates.

Clear the Case sensitive task tag checkbox if you want the C/C++ parser
to ignore the case of the task tags.
Results
When task tags appear in comments, the parser tokenizes them differently from the rest of
the comments, a task icon and marker appears in the editor's vertical rulers, and the task also
appears in the task list view. The default task tag is used when the ${todo}
variable is encountered in a template.
