Deleting perspectives

You can delete perspectives that you have created, using the Preferences Perspectives page.

Procedure

  1. Click Windows > Preferences on the workbench menu bar.
  2. In the Preferences view expand the Eclipse Platform menu item, and click Perspectives to open the Perspectives page.
  3. Click the perspective you want to delete, and click Delete.

Results

The perspective is deleted. If you select one of the supplied perspectives, the Delete button is grayed out because you cannot delete the supplied perspectives.
