Explanation
z/OS® Debugger detected an error in attempting to
deactivate the NewProg supporting exits.

Programmer response
An error has likely occurred during z/OS Debugger
CICS® region initialization. Ensure that z/OS Debugger is properly installed in the CICS region. Also verify that the z/OS Debugger
hlq.SEQAMOD data set is in the region DFHRPL DD and the
CICS resource definitions from
hlq.SEQASAMP(EQACCSD) have been added.
