If z/OS Debugger is licensed to run on this
machine as Application Delivery Foundation for z/OS, IBM® Developer for z/OS Enterprise Edition, or IBM Debug for  z/OS, the
system programmer should register and enable the product registration per the IBM
z/OS Debugger Customization Guide.
