Explanation

z/OS Debugger called IFAEDREG to check for an enabled product registration for Application Delivery Foundation for z/OS, IBM Developer for z/OS Enterprise Edition, or IBM Debug for z/OS. No enabled product registration was found. The TEST parm specified that remote debug mode was to be used, so the debugger attempted to reach the workstation to determine whether it was licensed (typically as IBM Developer for z/OS). However, the debugger could not reach the workstation.
